Meet Laura North
Laura North, studied business then leisure, travel and tourism, she spent nine years as a Travel Consultant and travelling to parts of the world as part of her job.
Laura met her wonderful now husband, they had a wonderful wedding and started to build a life together, with many up’s and down’s life has thrown at them they have tackled the last 24 years together!
Following the birth of Laura’s first baby, a precious son and navigating postnatal depression, she took a new direction to include raising her son and launched a wedding chair cover business. Laura’s entrepreneurial journey began. It was a great balance to be with the baby and work flexibly. It was a good 4 years nurturing the business and the baby together.
Baby number two arrived, a precious baby girl. The baby was medically complicated from birth and needed a lot of hospital visits, so it was time to concentrate on full-time motherhood with two young children to nurture and enjoy whilst also learning about her baby daughter’s rare health diagnosis.
Once the children settled into school life Laura decided it was time to turn her property business dream into reality. Laura sought professional property training with the wonderful Assets For Life, learnt property strategies she was unaware of and took massive action and launched a rent-to-rent serviced accommodation business.
Laura excelled in a very short space of time obtaining 10 rent to rent properties in 18 months. It was a quick growth and tough to manage with young children to juggle. Laura has settled on a handful of properties now as her focus is on helping and inspiring others on their business and property journeys and proudly raising her children alongside business to be the best versions of themselves.
Laura is looking forward to inspiring and motivating new clients.

Over the years, Laura has been recognised for her dedication, growth, and impact in business and property. Each achievement represents determination, resilience, and a journey built with heart — all while raising a family and inspiring others along the way.
Laura has actively involved her family in her businesses. Her first baby was 9 months old when her entrepreneurial spirit started. Laura’s two children have accompanied her on business when they were just babies and over the years once older, they have asked to help and be involved in property maintenance and negotiate themselves payment! Laura’s husband has been head of maintenance, always willing to get his hands dirty and solve a maintenance issue. He has good listening ears to her never ending business ideas. Laura has raised the children alongside her businesses and is looking forward to involving them again in new businesses she is currently planning. Exciting times ahead.
